There are many beautiful places to paddle on this lake. And if you fish, this is the place to go! There are numerous launch sites depending on which area or arm of the lake you are interested in paddling. When the water level is high enough, there are some pretty coves to explore. Osprey, bald and golden eagles can all be seen here. If you like to camp, there are improved campgrounds around the lake and also unimproved campgrounds that you can reach by boat.
